PUDSEY Bear, the BBC Children in Need mascot, was guest of honour at a reception on the roof of the Royal Liver Building for the launch of the Millennium Scouseology Awards.
The building is the home of leading Friendly Society, Royal Liver Assurance, who will sponsor the awards for the second year when they are held on the night of Children in Need - November 19 - at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Liverpool.
