IT is indeed great news that Clatterbridge Hospital is getting £3 million to buy new equipment. However, it is scandalous that this funding is coming from the Lottery!
Surely the £3 million should be coming from the Treasury? Then we could spend the £3 million Lottery money on all sorts of "extras", as Lottery money should surely be spent?
