From Monica Bailey:-
IT is very sad to hear people like 'Fed Up' (Mailbox, September 29) make sweeping accusations of our young people.
Young people are an important part of our community. They are our future. If people would take the trouble to talk to our young people, they might find out more about them, what problems and pressures they face, what their interests are, what activities they would like to do given the chance.
I know a lot of young people in Greasby, and they are polite, friendly and well brought up by caring parents.
As for litter, it is a problem, but again I don't think we can just blame young people for that, can we?
