WIRRAL's old car enthusiasts are already planning the motor rally of the new Millennium in Wirral.
Chester Vintage Enthusiasts Club and Wirral Classic Car Club are joint organisers. Martin Hughes, of CVEC, is dealing with the pre-war entries on telephone/fax 653-9434. Blair Percival of WCC, is looking after the post war entries on 625-7632.
