A WIRRAL man who was fighting for his life last week has died.
Michael Gallimore, 31, from Moreton, was in intensive care following an incident in Liverpool on Saturday morning. He was put on a life support machine but the machine was switched off on Tuesday afternoon.
Thomas Edward Enyia, 27, of Belmont Drive, Tuebrook, appeared at Liverpool Magistrate's Court on Friday charged with Mr Gallimore's murder. He was remanded in custody until tomorrow.
