SUPERMARKET giant ASDA is appealing for volunteers to help out at two special pre-Christmas shopping nights for the disabled. The first takes place on Tuesday, November 23 at the new Arrowe Park ASDA and the second will be on Tuesday, December 7 at the Bromborough store. People who would like to help look after the shoppers should telephone either 551-7031 (Arrowe Park) or 346-1396 (Bromborough). ASDA staff will also be on hand and free hot drinks and mince pies will be available.
A Salvation Army band will accompany a local school choir.
