ELVIS was 'All Shook Up' when he turned up at a fund-raiser run by Central Wirral Traffic Wardens. Warden Karen Bligh decided to let Elvis (Billy Russell, of Eastham) off with a caution so he could play at the charity event at the Cammell Laird Sports and Social Club, Rock Ferry. The event raised £2,500 to make up a total of £6,000 raised by the Traffic Wardens for Arrowe Park Sick Children's Holiday Fund.
