TOP celebrities from across the world have agreed to help raise money for sports facilities in West Wirral.
Sir Paul McCartney, Oprah Winfrey, Sir Cliff Richard, Sir Elton John, Tony Blair, Cherie Booth, The Rolling Stones, Sir Tim Rice, Arnold Palmer and many other top names have agreed to send books to a celebrity signed book auction.
The auction, in aid of charity West Wirral Trust for Sport, takes place at the Duke of Westminster's Eaton Hall home, Eaton Park, near Chester, on November 3. It has been organised by Trust patron Mike McCartney.
Anyone wishing to place a bid can get a list from the office at Pensby High School for Boys at a price of 10p per bid.
