ANTHONY James Atkinson, aged 36, of the Belgravia Hotel, Wellington Road, New Brighton, faced Wirral magistrates on Monday charged with a rape offence on a woman at the hotel on Saturday. He was conditionally bailed until November 22 for committal proceedings and must reside at an address outside Wirral.
