A MASQUERADE Ball takes place at King's Gap Court, Hoylake, on Friday, October 29, to raise funds for KIND (Kids In Need and Distress). Tickets (£15, including meal and glass of house wine) are available by calling either 678-6322 (11am-4pm) or 606-9680 (evening).
WEST Kirby resident Florence Creer wishes to thank the two ladies who found her purse and handed it to the front desk at Arrowe Park Hospital, on Monday, September 27. Mrs Creer contacted the Globe to pass on her grateful thanks, as the ladies did not leave their names.
