A SECURITY officer facing Wirral magistrates on an arson allegation at a Wirral garage was remanded in custody for two weeks.
Paul Anthony Booth, 32, of Poole Hey, Stockbridge Village, Liverpool, who did not apply for bail, is charged with causing damage by fire last Tuesday to vehicles, the building interior and fitments, total value £105,000, at the Wallasey Dock Road premises of the Evans Halshaw Toyota dealership and at the time being reckless as to whether the life of another would be endangered. Reporting restrictions were not lifted.
