WIRRAL Council has come up with two sets of plans at the controversial Spital crossroads - one featuring filter traffic signals and the second is for a roundabout.
Local people are now being asked for their views by local Liberal Democrat John Wright, who says he believes they are 'overwhelmingly in favour' of improving the traffic lights. But he believes there will be opposition to removing trees from outside the Three Stags pub, which would be needed for a roundabout.
