Instead of sitting at home like a couch potato in front of the telly, why not have a go at this simple technique.
A new class starts on Friday, January 26 at The British Legion, Hale Road, Widnes from 7.30pm-9pm for absolute beginners.
Lessons will be provided by a fully qualified teacher.
Tuition will be followed by a line dance disco, till late every Friday evening.
Beginners, intermediate and advanced are welcome.
Admission is £2.50 on the door. A bar is available.
