DO I take it that the person who wrote about people wearing tracksuits in Birkenhead doesn't like Birkenhead (Readers' Mail, September 12)?
Everywhere you go people wear tracksuits, not just in Birkenhead - they are casual wear clothes. Would you like people to judge you by what you wear?
I don't personally wear tracksuits, but being from Birkenhead this is an insult when people across the country wear tracksuits.
Your correspondent remarks on how stupid the people in tracksuits look, but he/she might look stupid in what he/she wears. Maybe people laugh at you? People of all ages wear tracksuits.
