THE poor old council are on a hiding to nothing at present, and now someone is taking them to task for keeping the pavements free from weeds!
Some years ago a section of our road developed a weed problem which in my opinion and I would imagine that of most of the residents,was most unsightly.
The council was contacted and the "problem" was cleared. Can I suggest pavements are not rock gardens and those who wish to cultivate wild plants do it on their own property?
