A 28-year-old man from Birkenhead was yesterday arrested and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to supply.
This followed a police raid on an address on Treetops Drive on Friday, November 28 where a large quantity of cocaine with a street value of around £15,000 was recovered.
Inspector Brian Griffiths said: "This is another example of good community intelligence leading to an arrest and substantial seizure of drugs.
"I would urge anyone with information regarding the supply of drugs to contact crimestoppers anonymously or your local stations or officers."
