REMEMBRANCE Services honouring those who made the ultimate sacrifice defending their country took place today (Friday, November 11), and will continue throughout the weekend.

Neston has been paying tribute to those by flooding the town with poppies and displays.

Here are just some of the stunning displays:

This window display at The Blue Bicycle cafe was created by The Neston Flower Society.

The display shows a flood of poppies placed beautifully around a bicycle.

At the market, Andrew Brian, a piper from Warrington, played for many people leading up to the two-minute silence at 11am.
