FAMILIES can take part in free dog training classes this summer.
Dogs Trust Merseyside is once again hosting 'Dog School' which include five free classes on July 19, 26 and August 2, 16 and 23 from 2pm to 3pm.
Carried out by professional Dog School coaches, Dogs Trust education and community officers, the sessions are ideal for one adult and up to two children aged seven to 11 to attend with their four-legged friend.
Held at their Huyton centre, the workshops include an introduction to clicker training, basic commands, how to 'Be Dog Smart' to stay safe and a grand finale where families can try their hand at a fun assault course to showcase skills they have learnt.
