CONCERN is growing for the welfare of a teenager from Birkenhead who has been missing since Tuesday.

Lennon Lowry, 16, who had been living at an address in Preston, was last seen in Liverpool city centre.

Extensive enquiries have been ongoing to locate him since.

He is five feet 11 inches tall, of medium build, with blue eyes and short brown hair. He speaks with a Liverpool accent.

When last seen, Lennon was wearing a black tracksuit, a black coat, black cap and black trainers. He is known to frequent Birkenhead.

Police officers are making extensive efforts to find Lennon and return him home safely and would urge Lennon, anyone who knows his whereabouts, or who has seen a boy resembling him to call police on the 101 number.
