POLICE are investigating a suspected arson attack on a car in Ellesmere Port.
Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service were called to a property on Rivacre Road at around 8.15pm on Friday after reports of a car well alight.
It is believed that the fire was started deliberately in the engine compartment.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to extinguish the flames.
