TWO men have been charged after a cannabis farm with an estimated annual yield of £2.4million was discovered at a house in Wallasey.
Pham Ngoe Thann, 24, of Manor Road, Liscard and Hung Van Pham, 32 of Manor Road, Liscard have been charged with producing a controlled drug and remain in custody.
At about 9.35pm on Wednesday, January 3 police on patrol in Trafalgar Road noticed what they suspected was a strong smell of cannabis from a property.
They found 603 of cannabis plants being grown across 10 rooms on four floors inside the building.
The estimated annual yield of the cannabis farm was £2.4 million. A large quantity of dried cannabis was also discovered and seized.
Both men will next appear for trial at Liverpool Crown Court on February 2, 2018.
