MEREDITH, Catherine, MBE former Chief Executive of CDS Liverpool, died peacefully after a short illness on 27th November 2017 at her home. Mother of Jesse Grandmother to Olly and sister to Paul, she will be sadly missed by all her family friends and colleagues. Funeral Service to be held on Wednesday 13th December at 11.20 am, Chester Crematorium, Blacon Avenue CH1 5BB. Catherine's family have requested no flowers please, but donations if wished could be made to Westbourne Hall Community Trust of which Catherine was Chair of the Trustees.
