LOVABLE pooch Benson is searching for his forever family.
Dorset Old Tyme Bulldog Benson is very sociable and loves life sleeping in his bed.
The eight-year-old is currently at Dogs Trust Merseyside and can live with children aged 12 and over.
A spokeswoman from Dogs Trust Merseyside said: "Benson is the type of boy who makes everyone falls in love with at first sight. "He's a senior Bulldog who will become an instant best friend.
"He would be happy to spend the rest of his life sprawled on a duvet being fed as he is a little wobbly on his legs and can't play as much as he'd like to- but he still enjoys a potter about.
"Benson could potentially make a great companion for someone who isn't very mobile themselves.
"He gets along with other quiet dogs and can live with children aged 12 and over."
