PAMELA PATRICIA RICE Formerly Hart, Née Green 3.10.2017 Passed away peacefully at Arrowe Park Hospital, aged 57 years. Much beloved wife of Daniel Rice and loving mother of Rachel Hart. Showed incredible bravery and fought hard right until the end. Will be very sadly missed but will always be in our hearts and forever in our memories. Funeral service to be held at Landican South Chapel on Monday 16th October 2017 at 1.30pm. Pam's wish was for people to wear bright colours in celebration of her life. Family flowers only.
