A GLOW with the flow fundraising walk for Wirral Hospice St John's takes place this Friday.
The five-mile circular route takes walkers from West Kirby Leisure Centre to Hoylake Community Centre, ending at Tanskey's on West Kirby nearby promenade.
It starts at 7pm, but walkers can arrive to sign in from 6pm, with a professional warm-up from Zest Fitness.
Women, men, teenagers, children and dogs welcome.
There will be glow ears and goody bags for every walker!
Teresa Nightingale, head of fundraising said "Our Midnight Walks years ago used to start at midnight (hence the name!) and were enormous fun over the years but feedback has steered us to starting our night walk at a more respectable time - for younger supporters to also join in the fun and so that people can finish the walk and still get a good night's sleep in… or trip the light fantastic in West Kirby afterwards perhaps!
"Either way, this event helped to raise more than £25,000 for our special care last year, which we hope to see again this year with enormous thanks to our glow in the dark supporters!"
