WIRRAL chef Simon Rimmer narrowly kept his place in the BBC One smash-hit show Strictly Come Dancing.
On Sunday night, Simon and his partner Karen Clifton battled it out with Reverend Richard Coles and Diane Buswell.
The judges unanimously agreed to save Simon, who was fourth from the bottom on the leaderboard, from elimination sending Reverend Coles home.
Saturday's show saw the pair score 19 points after dressing up as Buzz Lightyear and Jessie for a Quickstep to You've Got A Friend In Me.

However Disney fans were angry that Simon was not dressed as Woody.
Simon's close friend and footballer Robbie Fowler got humorously involved in the conversation on Twitter.
He said: "Hey @simonrim ... you're my mate but you should get kicked off just for wearing that costume on national television."
Simon took to social media to thank everyone for their support.
thank you so much for the love for @karen_hauer @bbcstrictly and me. We live to dance another day! Keep the faith x
