POLICE are urging the public to be be cautious after prescription medication was lost in Leasowe.
The medicine, including Zopiclone tablets, was reported lost between Leasowe Primary Care Centre on Hudson Road and Twickenham Drive, Leasowe, at around 1pm on Monday.
Officers are warning that taking any medication not prescribed to them, could be dangerous, and in some cases prove to be fatal.
Anyone who finds any of the medication should hand it in to their local police station or call officers on the 101 number.
Anyone with information about the disappearance can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
