A WIRRAL woman is trying to fulfil her best friend’s final wish to get a special message from 90s boyband Take That.

Mum-of-one Heidi Clare, 35, from Moreton was diagnosed with inflammatory breast cancer in June last year and a month ago was told that her cancer is now terminal.

In three weeks Heidi and her husband Dave are set to renew their wedding vows at the Grove in Wallasey.

Her best friend Kirsty Blair wants to make Heidi’s dream of receiving a message from her favourite band Take That come true.

Kirsty has now started a social media campaign to get the video message from Take That to make her day all the more special.

Kirsty told the Globe: “Sadly last year Heidi got diagnosed with inflammatory breast cancer she carried out chemotherapy, radiotherapy and even had a mastectomy.

“A month ago we got the dreaded news that the cancer had spread to multiple locations, the latest being eight tumours on her brain.

“The doctors and consultants have given her the prognosis that she will not have very long left.

“Heidi is a massive Take That fanatic - even attending their concert this year at the Echo Arena on May 26 while receiving treatment.

“Her and Dave are renewing their wedding vows in three weeks and I would love to make a miracle happen and see if anyone from the band could do a video message for her.

“I know this is a long shot but this would absolutely be a dream come true for her and I am willing to do anything to make it happen.”
