Firefighters were called to a grass and gorse blaze on Bidston Hill.
Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service were on scene at around 12.17pm after reports of a fire on Vyner Road South on Monday (June 19).
One fire engine attended the incident, which involved 150 square metres of grass and gorse well alight.
No-one was injured.
Crews used fire beaters, a portable water device and main jets to extinguish the fire.
Firefighters remained at the scene for around 45 minutes.
