OUR council is missing out on a fortune to be made from vehicles parked on our pavements.
Why not charge all vehicles parked on pavements adopted and maintained by the council a modest charge of say £1 per day?
There must be more than 10,000 such vehicles parked 365 days (and nights) per annum.
As there is nowhere else to park them the council is in a win-win situation.
I am a bit worried that the council will take me seriously!
If all these vehicles were parked legally on the road many of our roads would be impassable.
