I WAS very interested in reading your recent story about Cosmo, the corgi dog that needed an operation.
The cost was £5,000; can any vet please furnish a breakdown of the costs involved for such an operation?
The same question goes to any surgeon for their costs of any operation they carry out.
I understand the time and hard work they put in to gain their qualifications but I can't grasp why any operation costs so much.
So I would be grateful if just one vet or surgeon would publish a full and complete breakdown of the costs of an operation.
