A WIRRAL man has been left delighted after meeting A-list actor Will Smith and even impressing him with his clothing choice.

Ross Burrill, 34 from Greasby met the Suicide Squad actor during the film’s Middle East premiere in Dubai last night.

He chose to take inspiration from his TV show The Fresh Prince of Bel Air for his outfit- hoping to gain the actor’s attention, and it worked.

As Hollywood descended on the cinema venue, it was Ross’ jacket that quickly became centre of attention.

He said: “I wore the jacket because I wanted him to feel welcome.

“It did because he made a beeline for me and said 'that is genius'

“He signed it three times, first with a blue pen but that didn't show up too well so he even changed and tried it with a silver one.

“I knew the jacket would catch his attention, he loved it.”

Ross now works as a radio DJ for Virgin Radio Dubai, so was thrilled to get the opportunity to interview to the star, who he described as “fantastic”.

The radio DJ is now planning to keep the jacket as a souvenir.
