POLICE are dealing with an incident at a house in Oxton.
Patrols were called to a house on Shavington Avenue at around 10.45am to a report that a man was on the roo f.
As a safety precaution, police cordoned off the area and Townfield Lane and Shavington Avenue are closed to traffic and pedestrians.
Officers are currently in negotiation with the man who has been on the roof of the property.
