RESIDENTS in West Wirral are being invited to consider becoming community representatives.
Wirral West Constituency Committee plays a major part in local decision-making and is inviting householders to apply for a place.
Its chair, Cllr Jeff Green said: "We are looking for enthusiastic people who want to make a difference in their community."
To be considered applicants be over 18 and must either live in the communities covered by Wirral West Constituency or operate within one of those wards as a member of a community group or similar.
The wards covered are Greasby, Frankby and Irby, Hoylake and Meols, Pensby and Thingwall, Upton and West Kirby and Thurstaston.
Cllr Green continued: "The committee actively seeks the views of people in Wirral West in shaping its activities, and our community representatives are a hugely important part of this."

The deadline for applications is midday on Friday, March 31.
