Merseyside Police are appealing for the public's help to trace a 51-year-old man who is wanted on recall to prison.
Detectives are keen to hear from anyone who can help trace John Higginson, 51, of no fixed address, who is wanted for breaching his licence conditions.
Officers also want to speak to Higginson as part of investigations into a fraud offence in North Wales, and theft offences in Wallasey and Chester.
Higginson is 5ft 10ins and of large build. He has dark brown hair balding on top, and blue eyes.
He is known to have links to the Scarborough area in North Yorkshire and Birkenhead.
Officers would ask Mr Higginson, or anyone who knows of his whereabouts, to contact them on 0151 777 2019 or via the non-emergency 101 number. Information can also be provided to Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
