THERE'S a new kid on the block at Bebington High Sports College.

Pygmy goat 'Bebington Belle' was born at the school - which operates its very own working farm complete with sheep, pigs, goats, chickens and ducks – on Friday morning to mum Phoebe.

She is now being looked after by Pete Fearon, co-ordinator for land-based science at the school, along with pupils enrolled on the school’s animal care courses.

Belle is the latest in a long line of adorable new arrivals at the school - which became the 100th school to have a farm and produces organic meat and vegetables for school meals and cookery classes.

In March, the school welcomed Zwartble sheep Connie and in May, it welcomed its very own adorable sheep dog Lief.
