Major disruption to Wirral line trains
Rail services are subject to delay and cancellation between New Brighton and Birkenhead North owing to a track fault at Bidston.
The West Kirby line is also disrupted. Train services from this station may be delayed by up to 15 minutes.
Merseyrail says the disruption is likely to last until 8.30am
