NORTH Wales Police are appealing for the public's help in the search for a missing teenager from Holyhead believed to have links to Wirral.
Liam Anderson has not been seen since around 11am on Wednesday.
Police say all enquiries to locate the 13-year-old have proved fruitless and it is believed he may be in Birkenhead.
He is described as 5’4, of thin build with short brown cropped hair and a freckled complexion.
Sergeant Rhys Gough who is managing the search said: "I am appealing for anyone who has sighted Liam, or knows of his whereabouts, to contact the police.
"His family have had no contact with him since late morning and we are concerned for his welfare.
"Liam has family in the Birkenhead area and part of our enquiries are focused in this area.
"I'd also appeal to Liam himself to contact police or family and friends to let them know that he is safe and well."
