The Sportsmans Arms reopens on Monday after £100,000 revamp
A WIRRAL pub is inviting 200 of its regular customers and local businesses down to a re-opening party next week.
The Sportsmans Arms in Tranmere has undergone a £100,000 refurbishment and will showcase its new look on Monday, November 3.
The pub, situated in a Grade 2 listed building in Prenton Road East has had a full redecoration inside including new furniture, while the outside is having a spruce up.
General manager David McCartan said: "I am inviting everyone down to see the new look at the Sportsmans Arms.
"We will continue to offer the best in sport with both Sky and BT and quality food including the popular giant grill plates."
