Two teenagers were taken to hospital after their car overturned at Moreton Cross at 11pm last night.
When fire crews arrived, they found the vehicle on its roof.
The two male occupants, one aged 19, the other 16, were already out of the car and were taken to Arrowe Park Hospital for precautionary checks.
Fire appliances from Upton and Wallasey, and the search and rescue team from Croxteth, were mobilised.
Crews righted the vehicle and made it safe, leaving the scene by 11.40pm.
