We’re excited to be launching our new Livewell Programme and over the next few weeks our Livewell team will be out and about at different events to support people to make positive changes to their lifestyles.


Teams will be talking to people about our FREE activities and courses across Wirral, which include healthy cookery, relaxation and stress management, circuit training, Tai Chi, chair based exercise and singing for wellbeing.

They will also be supporting people to achieve their New Year’s resolutions whether it’s to:

• get more active

• eat healthier

• quit smoking

• lose weight

• relax and unwind
