POLICE are urging the public to exercise caution following the theft of a quantity of prescription drugs from a house in Thingwall today.
It is believed that the two 1000mg vials of Alfentail was stolen from the property in Pensby Road between midnight and 11am.
The medication is used for pain relief and could be dangerous if taken by someone it is not prescribed for. In certain quantities it could prove fatal.
If you find the medication please call Merseyside Police on 101, or hand it in to your nearest police station or pharmacy.
