I read with interest last week’s front page article regarding the introduction of a Smart car fitted with CCTV equipment circulating the borough.

I totally agree with everyone’s comments and concern about the spy car visiting our towns and villages. I recently saw it in Bebington monitoring “parking offences” along the main road.

Interesting that the underhanded local council, with their not too deep morals, believe that depriving the people of the valuable learning resources of libraries is not as profitable as their new spy car toy.

Can’t understand hands-off car park policy
