William Donald Carter Joan and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness, sympathy, messages, cards and donations to the Stroke Association and British Heart Foundation received in his memory. Thanks also to the staff, doctors and nurses at Arrowe Park Hospital, the staff at Kenna and Turner Ltd, Funeral Directors and the Reverend Jeff Staples for their kind help and support.
