KATHLEEN CECILIA JONES Aged 102 years Passed away at County Homes on Friday 16th February. A much loved mum, nana and great nana. Goodnight, God bless Kathleen. Funeral service to be held at Landican South Chapel on Monday 19th March at 11.30am. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Alzheimer's Society/Dementia Society C/O Co-op Funeralcare, Heswall.
