WHEN I walk down the street and see 20 on the road I want to weep at the gross waste of money that could have spent to save on libraries and leisure centres.
Did they stop to think that if everybody did travel at 20mph, the effect it would have on the environment.
Very few travel at 20mph.
Could we be told how much this folly has cost?
