DELIGHT at receiving the £10 million ‘Levelling-up’ windfall for the renewal of Liscard town centre should be tempered with concern over how long it will take Wirral Borough Council to deliver tangible results.
If the long awaited and much needed re-generation of New Ferry is anything to go by, don’t hold your breath!
