I understand the reason for the 20mph speed limit, although I don't like it I do conform with it.
But there are so many that don't and think it's ok to overtake and get irate while I'm sticking to it.
It's not going to work unless it's policed and when have they got the time to spend doing it and if the council are not putting cameras up it's a complete waste of time and money
