I WALK every day down the Wirral Way from West Kirby to Thurstaston with my dogs.
Since the Wirral Way has been widened, it seems to have attracted a very small minority of cyclists who are determined to break speed records and do not care what gets in their way.
I have had a number of incidents recently with them coming up behind with no bell to warn you and just missing hitting me.
When you ask them to give a warning or slow down they just swear at you and the last one threatened he would hit me next time.
I am concerned that, as we get to summer with more children on the path, there could be a serious incident as this small minority have no respect or consideration for people who also want to enjoy the shared path.
