EVERY time I go shopping in Birkenhead, I despair at the pedestrian entrance to the Asda/ Wirral Council Carpark on Grange Road.
It is a grim, litter strewn, poorly designed, vulnerable space.
It makes me feel ashamed it is in my town centre.
I am disappointed that when Asda collaborated with Wirral Council to build the new store and combined parking, a more inviting, user friendly, less enclosed layout was not built.
There is always lots of rubbish in it, as in the rest of the car park.
